This product has been manufactured and tested to the highest quality standards. We oer our customers thoughully

craed xtures & accessories, engineered for enduring performance over years of use.

WHO IS COVERED BY THE WARRANTY

This warranty applies to the original purchaser for the original installaon only.

WHAT IS COVERED BY THE WARRANTY

We will replace without charge (excluding labor), any sink that is proven to be defecve, with an equivalent replacement,

within the specied appropriate period from date of purchase, to the original purchaser, provided it has been used solely

in a residenal applicaon, used and cleaned as recommended and not damaged due to abuse, misuse or negligence. In

the event of a warranty claim, the owner will be required to provide proof of purchase (please save the sales receipt.)

CONDITIONS AND EXCLUSIONS

This warranty will not cover any damages that might be caused by the product. (Some states do not allow such limitaon,

so this reference may not apply to you.)

We reserve the right to inspect any sink reported to be defecve prior to any replacement of the sink. All decisions are

nal. Replacement cost EXCLUDES transportaon and any labor costs for the removal or reinstallaon.

The manufacturer shall not be liable in case of:

• Improper installaon/modicaon

• Damages resulng from abuse, such as heavy impact or dropped objects

• Improper care and maintenance

• Improper applicaon (such as exposure to corrosive chemicals, photographic soluons, etc.)

• Any modicaon made to the product aer it le our premises

• Commercial applicaon

NON-APPLICABILITY OF THIS WARRANTY

This Warranty supersedes all other warranes, expressed or implied.

The foregoing warranes are exclusive and made only for the buyer. No other warranty, whether express, implied,

or statutory, including any warranty of merchantability or tness for a parcular purpose shall be deemed to exist in

connecon with any of the goods or services supplied hereunder, and any implied warranes for a period greater than

the warranty period contained in our Limited Warranty are hereby excluded. We shall not be liable for an indirect,

incidental, special, or consequenal damages in any way related to the goods or services supplied hereunder.

No employee, agent, or other person is authorized to give warranes on behalf of us. In addion to or dierent from the

herein given to assume for any other liability in connecon with any of its products; except if in wring which is signed by

an ocer of us or its dealers, and expressly and intenonally gives such warranes or assumes such liability.
