Nothing is
displayed on the
LCD screen.
Is the AV OUT / OFF / LCD switch on the back of product setting at
‘off’ position If the AV OUT/OFF/LCD switch is set at LCD, or AV OUT,
then the display will only come out through LCD, or TV respectively.
If it is set at ‘off’ position, it won’t be displayed.
Image on TV is
unstable,
flickering, fuzzy,
or otherwise
non-viewable.
What kind of TV do you use?
If TV Standard setting from Menu ->Display ->TV Standard is Set
the TV Standard option in the menu to the proper setting for your
TV (PAL or NTSC). If unsure which option to select, please consult
your TV documentation.
Video files are
smaller than the
screen.
The display is determined by the settings used to create the AVI file.
Please consult your AVI creation software documentation for settings.
Video files do not
display properly.
AVI files will take longer to load than audio files because of their large size.
The player will only display certain types of AVI files created with
specific settings. For more information about supported AVI file types,
please see the Specifications section of the manual or visit our web site.
It is very common for sound not to match the video (syncing is not
correct). This is a flaw in the creation of your AVI file. Please consult
your AVI creation software documentation for alternate creation
methods or use alternative software to create AVI files.
Only MP3 and WMA format are supported for motion picture audio.
It may not play if the formats are AC3 or DTS.
AVI files created in higher resolutions than indicated in the
Specifications section may not playback properly.

Player will not

Check whether the HOLD switch on remote is ON
(Switch to OFF position)
Check whether the player door is opened
Check whether the rechargeable batteries are not charged or the
batteries are drained.
Check that the batteries were properly inserted into the external battery pack.
Loading stopped
or “No DISC”
displayed on
LCD.
Check whether the CD is dirty or defective (clean it or change to
new CD).
Check whether the CD is inserted properly.
Check to be sure the optical lens is clean.
(Gently wipe with soft cloth.)
Check whether moisture condensation has occurred (leave the CD
player aside for several hours until the moisture evaporates).
Make sure there is a CD in the player.
Problems can be caused by the CD creation process on your PC.
Re-record the disc at a slower speed.
Use Full Format when creating packet a written disk.

AC adapter does
not work.
Be sure your adapter is designed to work in the country where it's
being used.
Check whether the plug is connected to the proper jack on the player.
Remote controller
