PRE-INSTALLATION TOOLS NEEDED: - Stud Finder - 12-14” Level - Tape Measure - Small Flathead Screwdriver - Electric Drill (with 1/4” & 1/8” drill bit) - 1/4” Nut Driver (optional) - Safety Glasses - Utility Knife SUPPLIED PARTS: - Two #14 x 4” wood screws 1. DETERMINE MOUNTING HEIGHT Using the charts provided, determine the mounting height above floor (the distance between the floor and the bottom of the cabinet).
INSTALLATION 1. PREPARE CABINET Screws will be drilled through the upper and lower cross braces inside the cabinet. Do not attempt to drill into hard board of cabinet. Determine location of screws, ensuring that the location of the mounting screw is as close to the center of the cabinet as possible. 1 2. PRE-DRILL PILOT HOLES Using a 1/4” drill bit, pre-drill holes in the upper and lower cross braces inside the cabinet as determined in previous step.
6. INSERT SECOND SCREW Insert the second #14 x 4” screw into the pre-drilled hole in the bottom brace of the cabinet and attach to wall making sure cabinet remains square and level. 7. ADD TRIM Decorative trim or molding can now be added to make cabinet sides flush with the face frame. 8. INSTALLATION COMPLETE Cabinet is now fully installed! 220 W.
