Wireless Charging Pad
The Wireless Charge Pad is a compact wireless power
solution for your iPhone, Smartphones, Tablets and
more. Utilizing the latest in wireless technology, it
features up to 10 watt Fast Charge wireless output for
your devices. The Charge Pad’s versatility makes it the
perfect companion for charging wirelessly when at home
or on travel.
Wireless Charging Compatibility
The Charge Pad works with most Smartphones, Tablets,
and Devices that are compatible with the Qi wireless
standard for wireless charging. To ensure device
compatibility with the Charge Pad, please check your
smartphone or device’s product specifications.
Charging your Smartphones, Tablets & Devices
Find a location to place your Charge Pad that has a flat
surface and is convenient for wireless charging. Place the
Charge Pad with it's charging induction side facing up.
Connect the included Type-C USB cable tip to the Charge
Pad’s input port. Next, connect the full USB-A tip side of
the cable to the included AC Wall Charger ("For US &
Canada Only) or a compatible USB charging output port.
We recommend using a Quick Charge 2.0 or 3.0
compatible USB charging port (9 Volt, 1.67A Output) for
the best 10 Watt wireless charging speeds. You can also
use a standard 5 Volt, 2 A USB charging port for 5 Watt
wireless output.
The wireless pad is now ready to charge devices. To
charge your Smartphone or device, place the charging
receiver side of your device at the center of the Charge
Pad's charging area. The Charge Pad’s blue LED lights will
turn on and pulse. Your device should now indicate that
it’s successfully charging. To stop charging, simply remove
your device from the charging pad.
LED Lights Operation
The Charge Pad features blue color LED lights that will
show a light pulsing effect when your device is charging
wirelessly. Use the switch on the bottom of the device to
control the LED operational mode.
LED Mode 1
The LED lights will show a light pulse effect for a short
period of time when your device begins charging on the
pad. Then the LEDs will later turn off.
LED Mode 2
The LED lights will turn on and remain on while the switch
is in this mode. When your device begins charging on the
pad it will show a short light pulse effect. To turn off the
LED lights switch back to Mode 1.
Troubleshooting Tips
1. Phone or Device is not charging on the Wireless pad.
• The phone’s charging position may be misaligned with
the phone’s wireless receiver. Place your phone’s receiver
in the center of the charging pad.
2. Wireless charging is intermittent.
• The USB power adapter or USB output port is not
providing stable or sufficient power to the wireless pad.
Use a compatible high output USB charger with QC 2.0,
QC 3.0 or 5V@2A support.
• The phone’s charging position may be misaligned with
the phone’s receiver resulting in poor performance.
Please adjust the phone’s charging position for optimal
charging.
3. Wireless Charging speed appears to be slow.
• Your phone's protective case may be blocking the
wireless signal. Remove the case or try a slimmer case
option.
• The phone’s standby power consumption may be set too
high. Reducing the phone’s background apps and app
usage may Improve the charging speed.

Return & Exchange Information
You can return products purchased online by mail or at a
nearby GameStop store. A receipt is required for all
returns and exchanges.
Returns and exchanges for in-store purchases are subject
to the following guidelines:
• A receipt is required for all returns and exchanges.
• Unopened new merchandise = full refund within 30
days of purchase.
• Opened new merchandise = identical exchange within
30 days of purchase.
Important Safety Information

Using the Product improperly will void the warranty.
1. Do not place or store the Product in any high
temperature environment, including intense sunlight or
heat. Do not place the Product in a fire.
2. Be cautious of any excessive drops, bumps, abrasions
or other impacts to the Product. If there is any damage to
the product such as dents, punctures, tears, deformities
or corrosion, due to any cause, discontinue use
immediately and contact PhoneSuit Support.
3. Do not disassemble the Product. Do not attempt to
repair or modify the Product in any manner. Do not try
to replace any parts of the Product.
4. Do not expose the Product to moisture or submerge it
in a liquid. Keep the Product dry at all times.
5. Do not attempt to charge the Product using any other
method except as described in this manual. Only use the
included cable to charge the Product. For questions or
instructions on how to properly charge the Product, refer
to this User Manual or contact support.
6. The Product is intended for use by adults. The Product
should only be used by minors when under proper adult
trained supervision. The Product should never be used by
small children.
7. All Products have gone through a full quality
assurance inspection to test for proper functionality. If
you find that your Product is not functioning properly
you should stop usage of it immediately. If the Product
is emitting excessive heat, odor, is deformed in any
way, broken, cut, experiencing or demonstrating some
abnormal phenomenon, immediately stop all Product
use and contact the support department.
8. When planning for extended storage of the Product,
first charge it for one hour.
9. Do not use the Product while in any potentially
explosive atmosphere. Sparks in such areas could
cause an explosion or fire, resulting in serious injury or
even death.
10. If you choose to dispose of the Product, dispose of
the product in an appropriate manner following all
federal and state regulations. Since the Product
contains electronic components, it can not be thrown
away with normal household waste.
11. Do not place any metallic objects, magnets
on or near the charging pad or any object that may
cause interference.
12. This equipment should be installed and operated
with minimum distance 20cm between the radiator
and your body.
