Assembly Instructions
Tools Needed
• (2) Adjustable
Wrenches
• Pliers
Step 7 – High Pressure Supply Hose
• Remove plastic plug from pump outlet with pliers (plastic plug is the
outer most fitting).
• Apply thread sealant to hose threads on only one end of the hose.
Screw hand-tight High Pressure Supply Hose end with thread sealant
applied into the pump outlet.
• Wrench-tighten the fitting to 1.5-3.0 Turns Past Finger Tight position.
Properly assembled fittings total thread engagement should be 3.5-6
turns.
• Route hose around the tow bar and between the beam assembly and
the tow bar.
• Screw finger-tight remaining end of the High Pressure Supply Hose to
the Valve Inlet Fitting on the control valve inlet.
• Wrench-tighten the fitting.
