Tools Needed

• 10mm Deep Well

Step 8 –Low Pressure Return Hose

• Place two hose clamps on the low pressure return hose.

• Route the low pressure return hose from return filter fitting to valve

outlet fitting around tow bar and between tow bar and beam assembly.

• Position and tighten hose clamps approximately 3/8” from ends of

hose. Torque hose clamps to 35 in.-lbs.

• Put splitter into vertical position and check all hoses for kinking or

rubbing on sharp metal edges. Loosen, twist, and retighten if

necessary and return to horizontal position.

• Once the hoses are placed correctly and do not kink or rub going to

and from the vertical position, wrap zip ties around both hoses as

shown below and tighten. Cut off tail end of zip ties with side cutter.
