Intended Use The Ironton Slimline LED Light Bar, 660 Lumens is a vehicle lighting tool. It illuminates the road and provides drivers a safe drive in the dark. Main Parts of Light Subassembly Light Bar Bracket and Hardware Tools for Assembly Assembly Instructions NOTE: Do not install this device such that it impairs the effectiveness of the original regulated vehicle lighting equipment per the requirements of 49 CFR Part 571. INSTALL THE LIGHT BAR (see Parts List for references below): 1. Mount the bracket (part #2) on the side of the lamp body (part #1) with an M5 x 8 Hex socket cap screw (part #3). Tighten the screws with the wrench (part #7).

Before Each Use Mount the unit on your vehicle with the mounting brackets and hardware that are included. Attach the red wire of the LED light bar to the positive electrode of the wire harness. Attach the black wire of the LED light bar to the negative pole of the wire harness. If you are not using the optional wiring kit, we recommend using 18 ga. wire. Be sure the light bulb is working properly and the position of the beam is as desired.
Maintenance • It is recommended that the general condition of the light be examined before it is used. • Keep the work light in good repair by adopting a program of conscientious repair and maintenance. • Clean the surface of the light’s lens frequently to maintain its brightness. • If any malfunction occurs, stop using the light and have it repaired by a qualified technician.
