Intended Use This unique truck rack transports anything from construction materials and ladders to kayaks and more! RACK USE AND CARE Do not over fill the rack. Racks do a better and safer job when used in the manner for which they are designed. Plan your work, and do not overload. Check for damaged parts before each use. Carefully check that the rack will operate properly and perform its intended function. Replace damaged or worn parts immediately. Never load the rack with a damaged part. Do not let children play with or around the rack. It is not a toy.
Assembly TOOLS NEEDED FOR ASSEMBLY: Open Wrench(1pc) Size=19mm Allen Wrench(1pc) Size=5mm 1. Select the Upright (1) mounting hole that matches the roof top of the van. (Fig. 1) 2. Insert Hex Bolt (B), Lock Washer (F), and SAE Flat Washer (C) into the Upright (1) mounting hole and thread through the Short Cross Brace (3). (Fig. 2) 3. Insert the Short Cross Brace (3) into the Long Cross Brace (2). (Fig 3). Insert the Set Screw (E) but don’t tighten.
4. Place the completed Cross Braces on top of the van and adjust for proper width. Tighten the Set Screws (E). 5. Adjust the Gutter Clamp around the van’s rain gutter (Fig. 4) and tighten with Bolt (A), Lock Washers (G), and Flat Washers (D).
