Intended Use This Ironton Rolling Stand with Rolling Balls features a chrome-plated 11 in. L x 1 5/6 in. diameter, steel roller topped with 8 rolling balls. Ensure height adjustment lever is fully tightened Assembly Instructions Join the top of the stand-A (part #2) and stand-B (part #3), then attach them with a bolt (part #6)..
Insert the support rod (part #5) into stand-B (part #3). In case of slipping, swivel the handle (part #4) into the top screw hole of stand-B (part #3) to attach the location of the support rod (part #5).
Align the screw holes of the roller (part #1) and the support rod (part #5), then attach them by bolt (part #7). Operating Instructions 1. Adjust the height of the roller stand using part #4. 2. Place one end of the workpiece on the benchtop and the other end on the roller stand. Make sure to keep the balance of the workpiece.
3. While operating the workpiece, push the workpiece toward the required direction gradually. The rollers help the workpiece to move forward smoothly. Maintenance Maintain the roller stand by adopting a program of conscientious repair and maintenance in accordance with the following recommended procedures. It is recommended that the general condition of any tool be examined before it is used. Keep your tool in good repair. Keep all cutting tools sharp and clean.
