7.3 - CONTROLLO DEL PROFILO DI PRESSIONE DI EROGAZIONE 10 - OPERAZIONI DI MANUTENZIONE E PULIZIA I modelli PRO DUAL BOILER (PRO2BPID) sono dotati del sistema BPPC (Brewing Pressure Profiling Control). Il manometro (30) posizionato sul gruppo,consente di leggere il profilo di pressione di erogazione dell'espresso. Tale indicazione consente al barista di verificare la corretta macinatura, pressatura e dose del caffe' nel filtro.

5 – FIRST USE OR REUSE 5.1.1 ELECTRICAL CONNECTION AND FIRST TURNING ON OF THE MACHINE Follow carefully the instructions before using the machine. WARNING! 7.3 BREWING PRESSURE PROFILING CONTROL 10.2 - BREWING UNIT AND JET CLEANING The PRO DUAL BOILER (PRO2BPID) models are equipped with the system BPPC (Brewing Pressure Profiling Control). The pressure gauge set on the group, allows to read the brewing pressure profiling of the espresso. Thanks to this instruction the barman can verify the exact milling, pressing and dose of the coffee in the filter.
