1723 iSurpass Gateway Network Setting & Reset

.Network Setting

1. Download ”iSurpass Pro” APP from Apple Store/ Google Play;

Android IOS

2. Choose your country code, input mobile number & SMS verify code to complete registration;

3. Connect the phone to home/office WiFi;

4. Power on gateway & connect with RJ45 cable.

5. Login iSurpass APP, and scan the QR code which is pasted on gateway back side;

6. Give a name to the gateway and add it;

7. Gateway online(as Pic 1).

8. After configure the network, mounting the gateway on the wall.

LED Description

Power RED lights on‐‐‐Working mode

LAN BLUE lights on‐‐‐ Connecting to Router, working mode

Status Green LED flash quickly‐‐‐‐Smart Link Mode

Yellow LED flash quickly‐‐‐‐Reset Mode

Yellow LED flash slowly‐‐‐‐Interrupted connection between gateway & network
