One Year Limited Warranty
It's Exciting Lighting has a 1-year limited manufacturer's
warranty from the original date of purchase on full prod-
ucts bought from authorized distributors and retailers.
We also have a 1-year limited manufacturer’s warranty
from the date of purchase on replacement parts that are
bought directly from us. The warranty covers parts that
are properly installed and regularly maintained. If the
product fails due to a defect in material or workmanship,
It's Exciting Lighting will replace the defective parts free
of charge. If any parts of the product are missing at the
time of the initial order, It's Exciting Lighting will provide
the missing parts free of charge. Please unpack and in-
spect the entire product upon receipt and report any
broken or missing pieces as soon as possible.
