Weak signal
Check that the signal intensity indicator on the screen. 4 bars indicate a
strong signal, and 2 bars or less indicate a weak signal.
Call initiation fails
1 You may set the Hide Caller ID but the network operator does not
support this service
2 A strong signal interference may exist
3 You may activate the Call Barring function
4 You may activate Line 2 but the network operator does not support this
service.
Battery charge fails
1The battery may have been excessively discharged. To charge the battery,
it is necessary to connect it to a charger for a certain period of time
2The battery may be deteriorated.
Cannot connect to the
network
1Check whether the signal is too week or wireless interference exists
around
2Check whether the SIM card is installed correctly, poor connection exists,
or the SIM card is damaged. If the SIM card is damaged, please contact the
network operator.
