Troubleshooting:
◆ No Image after Connection: Reboot your laptop while keeping
connection.
◆ Flickering Screen/Black screen: ①Please upgrade the graphics
driver of your computer. ②Try some other DP ports.
◆ No Audio: Go into System Preferences → Sound → Output.
There should be an option to convert the audio output from your
laptop/desktop to the TV or other devices.
Attention:
◆ Products are suitable for use in areas below 2000m altitude.
◆ The maximum working environment must not exceed 40
degrees Celsius/104 degrees Fahrenheit.
◆ Please avoid using the cable in a humid environment.
