Troubleshooting
During synchronization, a message may be displayed indicating that an errorthat
hasoccurred.
This section describes some of the possible problems and how they can be
addressed.
ExceedingtheOgo’sStorageCapacity
An error message may appear on the Ogo when the quantity of contacts or
calendarappointmentsaddedtotheOgoexceedsitsstoragecapacity.
Iftheerrormessageindicatestoomanycontacts:
1 SelecttheDeleteAllContactsoptionontheOgo.
2 InOutlook,createanewContactsFolder,andcopyonly thecontactsthatyou
wanttobeontheOgotothenewfolderinOutlook.
3 In OgoSync, select the Properties button and then click the Configure button
nexttotheContactscheckbox.
4 ChangetheOutlookContactsfoldertobesynchronized,andclickOK.
5 ClickOKagain.
6 ClicktheSynchronizebuttontostartsynchronization.
Iftheerrormessageindicatestoomanycalendarappointments:
1 SelecttheDeleteAllAppointmentsoptionontheOgo.
2 InOgoSync, select theProperties button, and thenclick the Configure button
nexttotheCalendarscheckbox.
3 ShortenthesynchronizationperiodintheCalendarSynchronizationSettings,as
describedonpage131.
4 ClickOK.
5 ClicktheSynchronizebuttontostartsynchronization.
Disconnection
IftheOgoandthePCdisconnectduringsynchronization,themessageConnection
Lostisdisplayed.Closethewindow,reconnecttheminiUSBcable,andstartagain.
