Troubleshooting
During synchronization, a message may be displayed indicating that an errorthat
hasoccurred.
This section describes some of the possible problems and how they can be
addressed.
ExceedingtheOgo’sStorageCapacity
An error message may appear on the Ogo when the quantity of contacts or
calendarappointmentsaddedtotheOgoexceedsitsstoragecapacity.
► Iftheerrormessageindicatestoomanycontacts:
1 SelecttheDeleteAllContactsoptionontheOgo.
2 InOutlook,createanewContactsFolder,andcopyonly thecontactsthatyou
wanttobeontheOgotothenewfolderinOutlook.
3 In OgoSync, select the Properties button and then click the Configure button
nexttotheContactscheckbox.
4 ChangetheOutlookContactsfoldertobesynchronized,andclickOK.
5 ClickOKagain.
6 ClicktheSynchronizebuttontostartsynchronization.
► Iftheerrormessageindicatestoomanycalendarappointments:
1 SelecttheDeleteAllAppointmentsoptionontheOgo.
2 InOgoSync, select theProperties button, and thenclick the Configure button
nexttotheCalendarscheckbox.
3 ShortenthesynchronizationperiodintheCalendarSynchronizationSettings,as
describedonpage131.
4 ClickOK.
5 ClicktheSynchronizebuttontostartsynchronization.
Disconnection
IftheOgoandthePCdisconnectduringsynchronization,themessageConnection
Lostisdisplayed.Closethewindow,reconnectthemini‐USBcable,andstartagain.
