FindingaMessage
The Find tab lets you search for a particular message based on a text string
containedanywherewithinthemessage,includingtheaddress,subjectormessage
contentfields.
► Tofindamessage:
1 IntheMessagesapplication,selecttheFindtab.
2 Insertthesearchcriteriaintheemptyfield.(Thesearchcriteriacanbeapartial
word,wholeword,phrases,numbers,andsoon.)Youcan searchforup to 32
characters(includingsymbols).
3 PressEnter/Select.Thesearchresultsarelistedinthescreen.
Note: Toviewthecontentofa messagethatappearsintheresults,selectthe
messageandpressEnter/Select.
4 Tosortthesearchresults,press andselectSortbyRecipient/Senderfrom
theOptionsmenu.
5 Toclearthesearchresults,press andselectClearResultsfromtheOptions
menu.
CheckingforNewMessages
New e‐mail messages are "pushed" to your Ogo as they arrive to your mailbox
(dependingontheserviceprovidedbyyourcellularoperator,andtheattributesof
thee‐mailaccount).
In addition, you r Ogo checks for new e‐mail at set time intervals, which can be
configuredwhenyou
setupyoure‐mailaccounts,andviatheE‐mailsettings.
At any time, you can prompt your Ogo to check for new e‐mail and send any
messagespendingontheOgo,usingthesend/receiveoption.
Note: Some of the Send/Receive options describedherein may notbe available
inyourspecificversion.
► Tosend/receivee‐mailforallyouremailaccounts:
Intheogoquick‐accesslist,selectSend\ReceiveandpressEnter/Select.

In the Inbox tab of the Messages application, press
and select
Send/ReceivefromtheOptionsmenu.
YourOgostartsto retrievenew messages forallyouremailaccounts,andthe
messagelistsareupdatedaccordingly.
