Select the “Use the following IP address” radio button and enter
the IP address for the Ethernet connection. Use an IP Address that
resides on the same IP subnet as the EmulationEngine. For
example, use 192.168.0.2 if you are using the EmulationEngine's
default IP address 192.168.0.50.
Click “OK” to close the Internet Protocol (TCP/IP) Properties dialog.
Click the Close button in the Local Area Connection Properties
dialog.
Open a DOS windows and verify your PC's IP address has been
changed:
C:\Documents and Settings\my_computer>ipconfig

Ethernet adapter Local Area Connection:
Connection-specific DNS Suffix . :
IP Address. . . . . . . . . . . . : 192.168.0.2
Subnet Mask . . . . . . . . . . . : 255.255.255.0

Step 2: Open a telnet connection to the EmulationEngine
(192.168.0.50) and login:
telnet 192.168.0.50
