INSTRUCTIONS Important: Read complete instructions before beginning installation. Remove the bath from the carton. Retain the shipping carton until satisfactory inspection of the product has been made. Do not lift the bath by the plumbing at any time; handle by the shell only. Immediately upon receipt, inspect the shell and tub contents before installing. Should inspection reveal any damage or defect in the finish, do not install the bath.

DROP-IN TUB INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS ENGLISH Use these Framing and Support instructions for Fuzion tubs with wood frame. Framing and Support The drain/overflow must be installed before beginning this step. See Plumbing and Water Supply for details and instructions. The drain/overflow tailpiece of the bath extends below the bottom of the bath. Note that this requires a cutout in the floor. The floor structure beneath the bath must be able to support a total weight of bath, water, and bather.
UNDERMOUNT TUB INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS Use these Framing and Support instructions for Fuzion undermount tubs. CORNER NICHE FREE STANDING COUNTER Installation A typical installation will have these construction characteristics. MORTAR* *MORTAR MUST BE IN CONTACT WITH ALL FOAM FEET Unit Protection If protective film has been removed, reapply film. For added protection, place a drop cloth or other material in the bottom of bath for protection. Be careful not to scratch the bath surface.
ENGLISH UNDERMOUNT TUB INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS COUNTER Position the counter on top of the bath to ensure correct fit and appearance. Make any adjustments that may be necessary. Remove the counter. BATH Adhering Counter to Bath Ensure control panel cord (from underneath) is routed up through the control panel cutout in the counter and secured before gluing counter to tub. Clean any dirt or debris from the bath rim. Do not use abrasive cleaners.
INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS Control Panel Installation Apply sparingly to avoid squeeze out Apply adhesive sparingly around base of control panel. Connect Blower wire here (Grey wire) Adhesive Connect Control Box wire here (Black wire) Thread wire through cutout and to control box. Orientate control panel so that the Jacuzzi logo is read from the inside of the tub. Lower control panel in cutout and press firmly to embed adhesive. Connect wire to control box.
INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS ENGLISH Electrical Connections Separate circuits for all (except the Fuzion 7260 Dual motor) tubs, each must be protected by a Ground Fault Circuit Interrupter (GFCI), are required for the pump/motor and the RapidHeatTM Heater. The Fuzion 7260 Dual motor tubs require two (2) separate circuits, each must be protected by a Ground Fault Circuit Interrupter (GFCI), for each pump/motor and RapidHeatTM Heater combination.
Plumbing and Water Supply Drain Overflow (supplied) All Jacuzzi Whirlpool Bath products are factory tested for proper operation and watertight connections prior to shipping. If leaks are detected, notify your Jacuzzi Whirlpool Bath dealer. Do not install the unit. A drain/overflow assembly must be installed on the bath, water tested, and connected to the sanitary system of the house. After opening the carton, inspect for damage or missing parts.
WOOD FINISH Finishes ENGLISH Wood frames are factory finished with a clear satin spar varnish. Periodic maintenance for the spar varnish is required. Clean wood frame with mild household detergent. NOTE: Do not use harsh chemicals or cleaners. CAUTION: Use of chemicals and/or chemical cleaners may be hazardous to your health. Repairs to damaged finish should be made by a qualified wood refinisher, contact a professional furniture refinisher.
OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS (cont'd) Electronic Control Panel Operation (with optional Chromotherapy/Illumatherapy TM lighting) All tubs in this product line come with electronic controls and standard Chromotherapy or IllumatherapyTM. Read and follow the operation instructions for the control system of your unit. This Jacuzzi tub is equipped with a seven button electronic control panel.
OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS (cont'd) ENGLISH RapidHeatTM HIGH LIMIT RESET Operation Once the heater is installed and the whirlpool pump is operating, the heating function is totally automatic. The heater will help maintain the temperature of the water in the bath.
MAINTENANCE INSTRUCTIONS Bath Additives To clean your bath, simply use a mild, nonabrasive liquid detergent solution on the acrylic surfaces. To clean the wood surfaces, follow the wood finish manufacturer's maintenance and cleaning instructions. You can protect and restore the gloss to a dulled acrylic surface by applying Meguiar's #10 Mirror Glaze, a product specifically designed for use on acrylic finishes.
MAINTENANCE INSTRUCTIONS ENGLISH Suction Cover/Strainer Maintenance SUCTION COVER/STRAINER ASSEMBLY Clean the suction cover/strainer of hair and debris when necessary. To do this, remove the center screw and detach the square cover. Clean the cover by backflushing debris from the holes. Replace the suction cover immediately after cleaning. When reinstalling, orient the cover/strainer with the small notch at the bottom.
General Whirlpool Bath Troubleshooting Guide PROBLEM Pump/Motor does not start. PROBABLE CAUSES REMEDY Reset GFCI. Pump/motor not plugged in. Insert plug fully into outlet. Pump/motor faulty. Replace pump/motor assembly. Electronic Control Panel and/or Control Box defective. Electronic Control Panel/Control Box wiring disconnected. Check all wiring and ensure all devices are properly connected. Replace Control Panel and/or Control Box.

The Company will repair or replace, at its option, the unit or its equipment in accordance with the following terms and conditions.
RESPONSIBILITIES OF OTHERS Inspecting the unit prior to installation is the responsibility of the installer or building contractor who acts on behalf of the user. They are responsible for ensuring the unit is free of defect or damage. Notices are placed on and in the unit and on the shipping carton advising the installer of this responsibility. In the event of a problem, the unit must not be installed.
