11.5 Locking Filter Cycles

You may keep all ﬁlter cycle programs from being inadvertently altered by elec-

tronically “locking” them.

• To Lock All Filter Cycles: Press CYCLE button, then within

30 seconds, press DISPLAY , MODE and WARMER

buttons within ﬁve seconds each. A padlock symbol will appear on

the screen. In this state, the status of the cycle program may be checked, but

may not be altered.

• To Unlock Filter Cycles: Press DISPLAY , MODE and

COOLER buttons within ﬁve seconds each.

11.6 Temperature Setting Lock

The spa’s temperature setting can be locked to prevent unauthorized changes.

When locked, all other spa buttons and functions remain undisturbed.

• To Lock Temperature Setting: Press WARMER or COOLER

button to display temperature setting, then immediately press

the DISPLAY , MODE , and WARMER buttons

within ﬁve seconds each. A padlock symbol will appear on the screen.

• To Unlock Temperature Setting: Press WARMER or

COOLER button to display temperature setting, then imme-

diately press the DISPLAY , MODE , and COOLER

buttons within ﬁve seconds each.

11.7 Programming the Change Filter Reminder

Your new spa is equipped with a programmable “Change Filter” reminder icon

that ﬂashes on the control panel display after a speciﬁed number of

days. It is designed to remind you to clean the skimmer ﬁlter cartridge

on a regular basis but does not affect spa operation in any way. The

“Change Filter” reminder must be reset at each ﬁlter cleaning interval.

It offers a selectable range from 10-120 days or can be disabled (turned off).

We recommend an initial setting of 60 days (2 months) to remind you to check

your ﬁlters after your ﬁrst 2 months of operation. At this time, you can easily

determine whether you need to change this interval by visually inspecting the

ﬁlter cartridge an polishing bag. Note: This reminder must be reset at each ﬁlter

cleaning interval. Refer to section 12.1 for ﬁlter cleaning instructions.

Programming Instructions

1. Press the CYCLE button 2 times. The main display reads “FIL” indi-

cating the “Change Filter” display program has been accessed.

2. Press SELECT button once to display the currently programmed dura-

tion or to view days elapsed since last ﬁlter cleaning interval.
