CERTIFICATE OF WARRANTY
Jako Hardware warrants by these means, that its products are free of manufacturer defects in
functionality and material. This warranty states that Jako will cover any Manufacturer Defect
within 2 years from date of purchase. Manufacturer defects include; defects in functionality
and damaged internal parts. Jako will replace any defective product once proper inspection has
been conducted and approved.
*NOTE: a video and/or photos may be required as part of the inspection process.
All damage incurred by either improper installation and/or damage caused during installation,
improper care and/or maintenance, product abuse and/or misuse, whether inflicted by yourself
(the consumer; to include purchaser, relatives, or if property is rented to a third party), a
contractor and/or handyman, or service company will not be covered by this warranty and will
hereby void said warranty.
Any aesthetic damages such as scratches, chips, tarnishing (due to disinfectant sprays, cleaners,
bleaches, etc.), or stains caused by normal daily wear and tear will not covered by this policy.
**NOTE: All hardware must be properly maintained and cared for with the occasional cleaning.
Please use water only. A light scouring pad may be used to remove any spots without causing
damage to the product.***
Jako Hardware will not be held liable for repairs and/or replacement costs, shipping costs,
installation costs, or any other loss/damage.
All customers should retain their original invoices as acceptable proof of purchase. Any
customer claiming warranty and does not provide a valid proof of purchase will not be
accepted.
