1) If you hear ringing or experience pain or discomfort in your
ears during or after using any in-ear audio product, that is a
sign you are listening too loud. When your ears are exposed to
high volumes (in excess of 85dB) for over an hour, you may be
permanently damaging your hearing.
2) Turn down your listening device’s volume to zero before you insert
the Jamo headphones and turn on the device. Once you have the
headphones in, gradually increase the volume to a comfortable,
moderate volume.
3) Clean your headphones with an antiseptic wipe frequently to
avoid wax buildup. This improves the acoustic quality of your
headphones.
4) NEVER operate a motor vehicle while listening to or wearing your
headphones. Not only dangerous, it is illegal in many places.
5) NEVER operate heavy machinery while listening to or wearing
your headphones.
The Occupational Safety Health Administration (OSHA) has
issued headphone usage recommendations for maximum
daily exposure and sound pressure levels (measured in
decibels (dB)). A decibel is a unit of measure of sound, and
decibels increase exponentially as sound gets louder. For
example, conversational speech is typically around 60dB,
and a rock concert in a stadium is often about 110dB.

Warranty – U.S. and Canada
Jamo warrants to the original retail purchaser that the headphones shall be free
against defects in materials or workmanship in the Product’s headphone exter-
nal shell or in its headphone internal components for a period of two (2) years,
from the date of purchase, if it is properly used and maintained. If this product
proves defective in either material or workmanship, Jamo, at its option, will (a)
repair the product, or (b) replace the product, at no charge for parts or labor. If
the product model is no longer available and cannot be repaired effectively or
replaced with an identical model, Jamo at its sole option may replace the unit
with a current model of equal or greater value. To obtain a repair or replacement
under the terms of this warranty, please contact our customer service group at
1-800-KLIPSCH. You will be required to submit a copy of the original receipt
via fax or email. The receipt must reect that you are the original purchaser,
the product was bought from an authorized Jamo retailer, and the product is
still within warranty. You will be issued a return authorization number (RA#) and
asked to ship the defective product, together with proof of purchase and RA#,
prepaid insured to the following address: Klipsch Group• 137 Heampstead
#278 • Hope, AR 71801. Freight collect shipments will be refused. Risk of loss
or damage in transit is to be borne by the purchaser. Once Jamo receives the
defective product, a repair or replacement will be initiated.
Limitations:
• This limited warranty does not cover failure of the product resulting from
misuse, abuse, accident, neglect, mishandling, or wear from ordinary use or
environmental deterioration.
• This limited warranty does not cover consequential damage to other com-
ponents including headphone cable, adaptor jack, cleaning tool, airplane
adaptor, additional ear tips, large or small carrying case. No such other
components of or accessories of the Product are covered by this limited war-
ranty. In addition, this limited warranty does not apply to any non-Company
hardware product or any software; even if package is sold with the Product.
• This limited warranty is null and void for products altered or missing serial
numbers and for products not purchased from an authorized dealer.
• This limited warranty terminates if you sell or otherwise transfer this product
to another party.
THIS WARRANTY GIVES YOU SPECIFIC LEGAL RIGHTS. YOU MAY ALSO HAVE OTHER RIGHTS,
WHICH CAN VARY FROM STATE TO STATE, JURISDICTION TO JURISDICTION AND COUNTRY
TO COUNTRY. JAMO’S RESPONSIBILITY FOR MALFUNCTIONS AND DEFECTS IN HARDWARE IS
LIMITED TO REPLACEMENT OR REPAIR AS SET FORTH IN THIS WARRANTY STATEMENT. FOR
US AND CANADIAN CUSTOMERS, JAMO DISCLAIMS ALL EXPRESS AND IMPLIED WARRAN-
TIES FOR THE PRODUCT, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF
MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. JAMO DOES NOT ACCEPT

WITHOUT LIMITATION, ANY LIABILITY FOR THIRD PARTY CLAIMS AGAINST YOU FOR DAMAGES
OR FOR PRODUCT NOT BEING AVAILABLE FOR USE. THE MAXIMUM LIABILITY FOR WHICH
JAMO MAY BE RESPONSIBLE WILL BE NO MORE THAN THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE

The Warranty on this product if it is sold to a consumer outside of the United

1) Un bourdonnement, une douleur ou une sensation
désagréable dans les oreilles pendant ou après
l’utilisation d’un accessoire d’écoute intra-auriculaire,
indique que le volume d’écoute est trop élevé.
L’exposition des oreilles à un volume excessif (supérieur
à 85 dB) pendant plus d’une heure peut endommager
irréversiblement l’ouïe.
2) Mettez le volume de l’appareil d’écoute au minimum
avant d’y raccorder les écouteurs Jamo et d’augmenter
le volume. Une fois les écouteurs en place, augmentez
progressivement le volume jusqu’à un niveau raisonnable
et agréable.
3) Nettoyez fréquemment les écouteurs à l’aide d’une
lingette antiseptique afin d’éviter l’accumulation de
cire. Cela permet d’améliorer la qualité acoustique des
écouteurs.
4) Ne conduisez JAMAIS un véhicule à moteur avec les
écouteurs dans les oreilles. C’est dangereux, mais aussi
illégal dans de nombreux endroits.
5) N’utilisez JAMAIS une grosse machine avec les écouteurs
dans les oreilles.
Garantie – États-Unis et Canada
Jamo garantit à l’acheteur original, pendant une durée de deux ans à compter
de la date d’achat, que les écouteurs sont exempts de tous vices de matériaux
ou de main d’œuvre relatifs aux coques externes des écouteurs et à leurs
composants internes, à condition qu’ils aient été correctement utilisés et
entretenus. Si ce produit s’avère défectueux en termes de pièces ou de main
d’œuvre, Jamo, à sa discrétion, (a) réparera le produit, ou (b) remplacera le
produit sans facturer les pièces ni la main d’œuvre. Si ce modèle de produit
n’est plus disponible et ne peut pas être efcacement réparé ni remplacé par
un modèle identique, Jamo pourra, à sa seule discrétion, remplacer l’appareil
par un modèle plus récent de valeur identique ou supérieure. Pour obtenir
une réparation ou un remplacement au titre de la présente garantie, veuillez
contacter notre service clientèle en composant le 1-800-KLIPSCH. Il vous sera
demandé d’envoyer une copie de la facture d’origine par télécopie ou courrier
électronique. La facture doit montrer que vous êtes l’acheteur d’origine, que
le produit a été acheté chez un détaillant Jamo agréé et qu’il est toujours sous
garantie. Un numéro d’autorisation de retour (n° RA) vous sera donné et il
vous sera demandé d’envoyer le produit défectueux, avec la preuve d’achat

La responsabilité du risque de perte ou de dommage au cours du transport

• La présente garantie limitée ne couvre pas les dommages indirects à d’autres
composants, notamment le câble des écouteurs, la prise d’adaptateur, l’outil
de nettoyage, l’adaptateur d’avion, les autres gels d’oreilles (petits ou gros),
l’étui de transport. Aucun autre composant ou accessoire du produit n’est
couvert par cette garantie limitée. En outre, cette garantie limitée ne concerne
aucun matériel ou logiciel d’une autre société, même vendu avec le produit.
• Cette garantie limitée est nulle et non avenue pour les produits modiés ou
dont le numéro de série est absent, ainsi que pour les produits non achetés
auprès d’un détaillant agréé.
• Cette garantie limitée prend n en cas de vente ou de cession du produit à
un tiers.

1) Sentir un zumbido, dolor o molestia en los oídos durante
o después de utilizar productos de sonido de inserción en
el oído, significa que el volumen está muy alto. Exponer
los oídos a un alto volumen (más de 85 dB) durante más
de una hora puede dañarlos permanentemente.
2) Baje el volumen del dispositivo de sonido a cero antes de
insertarse los auriculares Jamo y encender el dispositivo.
Una vez que se haya insertado los auriculares, aumente
gradualmente el volumen hasta un nivel cómodo y
moderado.
3) Limpie frecuentemente los auriculares con un paño
antiséptico para evitar la acumulación de cerumen. Esto
mejora la calidad acústica de los auriculares.
4) NUNCA conduzca un vehículo motorizado mientras tenga
puestos los auriculares, con o sin sonido. No sólo es
peligroso, sino también ilegal en muchos lugares.
5) NUNCA maneje maquinaria pesada mientras tenga
puestos los auriculares, con o sin sonido.
6) Recomendamos no utilizar los auriculares mientras ande
en bicicleta o vaya corriendo o caminando por áreas de
mucho tráfico. De hacerlo, no se inserte los auriculares
completamente en el oído y baje el volumen a un nivel en
que pueda oír el ruido ambiental.
Garantía en EE.UU. y Canadá
Al comprador original al por menor, Jamo garantiza estos auriculares contra de-
fectos de materiales o mano de obra en el alojamiento externo o en los compo-
nentes internos por un período de dos (2) años a partir de la fecha de compra si
se utilizan y se mantienen apropiadamente. Si este producto resulta defectuoso
en cuanto a materiales o mano de obra, Jamo, a su discreción, (a) lo reparará o
(b) lo cambiará sin cobrar por piezas ni mano de obra. Si el modelo del producto
ya no está disponible y no se puede reparar de manera ecaz ni cambiar por un
modelo idéntico, Jamo, a su exclusiva discreción, puede cambiar la unidad por
