when sending an urgency call to all ships.
When sailing dangerous waters, such as political
instability, these call messages with the following
information are used.
・ Neutral ship........... In accordance with ITU
resolution 18 (Mob-83),
inform all ships that own
ship is of neutral nationality.
・ Medical TRNSP .... Inform all ships that own
ship is performing medical
transportation, and is
protected under the 1949
Geneva Convention.
