INSTALLATION

Fitting instructions:

TEAK BOARD CONSTRUCTION

Teak panels are made up of small pieces of wood glued on to a ¼” CARB approved plywood

backing.

CUTTING OR DRILLING

Hand Tools or Power Tools.

FIXING TO DRYWALL, CINDER BLOCK or BRICK WALLS

Use an adhesive such as “No more Nails” or any alternative. Also use lost head panel pins

hidden between the timber blocks to stop the board moving until the adhesive cures.

FINISHING THE PRODUCT

You can use any water or spirit based varnish. In some cases clients colour individual random

blocks to suit soft furnishing before varnish.
