INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS
* Installation R ecommendation: JBA recommends in most cases that the vehicle be taken to a reputable exhaust shop.

A. Intermediate pipe 1
ratchet
B . Muffler 1
1 5mm deep s ocket
C. Tail pipe 1
pair of cha nnel lock pliers
D. Rear muffler cla mp 1
anti-seize
E. Front muffler cla mp 1
spray lubricant or penetrating oil
1. R emove and inventory JBA exhaust.
TO STAR T:
2. Disconnect negative battery cable and allow
vehicle exhaust to cool.
3. With the vehicle raised and properly
supported, use a 15 mm socket to remove the
bolts that attach the exhaust system to the
Catalytic converter.
7. Using original fasteners, connect intermediate
pipe (A) to the factory catalytic converter pipe.
8. Tighten the fasteners.

that all clamps be re-tightened.

5. Using the channel lock pliers, remov e the
tail pipe hanger from the rubber isola tor.
14. Install tail p ipe hang er into factory rubb er
isolator.
6. R emove the original exhaust system from
the vehicle.
10. Insert hanger rods on the muffler into the
fa ctory rubber isola tors.
15. Install clamp (D) onto rear of muffler (#).
