International
Industries
Ltd
products
("Products")

Australia
and
New
Zealand
respectively.
This
warranty
against
defects
shall
only
apply
to
Products
distributed
by
the
Distributors
and
sold
to
you
within
Australia,
or
as
relevant
New
Zealand,
after
1
April
2016.

enclosed

for
further
information
on
Product
warranty,
Warranty
against
defects:
Harman
Products
come
with
guarantees
that
cannot
be
excluded
under
Australian
or
New
Zealand
Consumer
law.
During
the
warranty
period
you
are
enbtled
to
have
the
goods
repaired
or
replaced
if
the
goods
fail
to
be
of
acceptable
quality.
In
some
circumstances
where
the
goods
fail,
you
may
be
entitled
to
a
replacement/refund
and
compensation
for
reasonably
foreseeable
loss/damage.
Subject
to
the
terms
and
conditions
herein
and
Harman's
Limited
Warranty,
the
Distributors
will
repair
or
replace,
tor
Products
sold
within
their
respective
territory,
without
charge
any
manufacturing
defects
that
appear
in
Harman
Products
within
the
warranty
period
identified
in
the
product
table
below,
commencing
on
the
date
of
original
purchase.
You
are
entitle
to
have
such
defecrrve
Product
repaired,
replaced
or
a
refund
in
accordance
with
your
rights
under
law.
The
benefits
given
to
you
by
this
Warranty
are
in
addition
to
the
other
rights
and
remedies
you
may
have
under
the
applicable
law
and
nothing
in
this
Warranty
purports
to
restrict,
modify
or
exclude
your
legal
rights
as
a
consumer
under
the
relevant
Australian
or
New
Zealand
law.
