SITE PREPARATION SECONDARY ANTI-TIP BOARD INSTALLING THE SECONDARY ANTITIP BOARD WARNING The main anti-tip boards for open to ceiling installation are secured at 84" (213.36 cm) from the floor (rear side). Tip Over Hazard Refrigerator is top heavy and tips easily when not completely installed. Install secondary anti-tip board to ensure product stability. INSTALLATION INSTALLING GRILLE BRACKET ASSEMBLY APPLIES TO: WARNING Excessive Weight Hazard 1 Use two or more people to move and install refrigerator. Failure to do so can result in back or other injury. 1. Remove the three screws fastening each mounting plate to the top of the refrigerator on each side. Discard the mounting plates but keep the screws for attaching the two grille bracket assemblies provided in this kit. 2. Remove the two screws fastening the air divider to the unit housing.
! INSTALLATION Align the base of foam air divider with base of unit housing INSTALLING AIR DIVIDER APPLIES TO: 1 1. Peel away the paper layer from the foam air divider to reveal the adhesive side. 2. Stick the foam air divider to unit housing at the location where metallic air divider was installed earlier by applying even pressure.
INSTALLATION INSTALLING GRILLE PANEL APPLIES TO: 2 1. Position the grille panel between the grille brackets on each side of the cabinet. 2. Hook the top of grille onto the upper rivet pins. Rotate downward and push the bottom of the grille panel in until the grille panel snaps into place. 1 Parts to be used: X1 Grille panel 2 INSTALLATION | 13 INSTALLATION NOTE: For grille panel removal, push the top of grille panel inward until the lower portion snaps out. Rotate and lift off the grille panel.
INSTALLATION REMOVING FILM FROM PANELS APPLIES TO: 1. 1 14 | INSTALLATION Peel off the film covering on all the door / drawer panels completely. NOTE: Gently handle the panels after film is removed to avoid the panels from external damages such as scratches.
! INSTALLATION FOR SIDE BY SIDE MODELS - SKIP THIS STEP INSTALLING FREEZER PANEL APPLIES TO: 1 Slightly loosen the bracket screws present on freezer panel. NOTE: Be sure that the refrigerator door(s) are tightly closed. 2. Slide panel onto drawer. Retighten the four screws on each side attaching the bracket to the drawer panel. 3. Using the Phillips-head flat screws, fasten the panel brackets to the drawer. 4.
INSTALLATION INSTALLING DOOR PANEL(S) APPLIES TO: WARNING 1 Tip Over Hazard Refrigerator is top heavy and tips easily when not completely installed. Install secondary anti-tip board to ensure product stability. Use two or more people to move and install refrigerator. 2 Failure to do so can result in death or serious injury. NOTE: Be sure that secondary anti-tip board is installed before opening the door. Refer “INSTALLING THE SECONDARY ANTI-TIP BOARD” section to install the secondary anti-tip board.

Align the two shoulder washers, on the back of the door panel, with the “J” slots on the side of the refrigerator door. 5. Simultaneously slide the panel onto the door, and lower the panel bracket down onto the adjustment pins at the top of the door.
INSTALLATION MOVING REFRIGERATOR TO FINAL POSITION APPLIES TO: WARNING Excessive Weight Hazard Use two or more people to move and install refrigerator. Failure to do so can result in back or other injury. 1 A 2 A B A. Rear leveling bolt Gently push back the refrigerator into the cabinet so that all the panels flush with adjacent cabinets from all sides. 2. Use a 5/16" Nut driver to turn the leveling bolts clockwise to raise the refrigerator.
INSTALLATION ADJUSTING DOOR SWING APPLIES TO: 1. If the standard 110° door swing is too wide, install the door stop pin to allow for a maximum 90° door swing. Insert the door stop pin into the top hinge in the hole shown. Use a 5/32" hex key, to tighten door stop pin.

INSTALLATION ADJUSTING REFRIGERATOR PANEL(S) APPLIES TO: Slightly loosen the panel bracket screws to allow the panel to move to the left or right. 2. Adjust panels to achieve a 1/8" gap between panels and adjacent cabinets. For French door bottom mount and bottom mount models, align the outside edge of the refrigerator panel to the outside edge of the freezer panel on both the sides. For side by side models, align the refrigerator and freezer panels with adjacent cabinets.

Use a 5/32" hex key to raise or lower the adjustment pins which allows the panel to move up or down. 5. A 1/8" (3.2 mm) space is required between panel(s) and bottom of the soffit.
INSTALLATION ATTACHING PANEL(S) APPLIES TO: 1. 1 Using the slotted hex-head screws, fasten the top and bottom hinges to the door panels. Fully tighten all door panel screws. NOTE: Do not overtighten the screws, it may strip the panel. 2. 36" Bottom Mount models only - Use the hex head screws to fasten the panel to the additional door bracket. INSTALLATION ATTACHING PANEL(S) (CONTD.) 3. Use the Phillips-head screws to fasten the panel to the door on vertical hinge side. 4. Use slotted hex-head screws to attach the mounting bracket located at the bottom of the doors, to the door panels.
INSTALLATION COMPLETING THE INSTALLATION APPLIES TO: 1. 2. 3. 1 Reinstall hinge cover(s). Snap the door adjustment pin cover(s) into place. Using the Phillips-head screws, attach the handle side trim pieces (shipped with the refrigerator) to the doors.

PRÉPARATION DU SITE PANNEAU ANTIBASCULEMENT SECONDAIRE INSTALLATION DU PANNEAU ANTIBASCULEMENT SECONDAIRE AVERTISSEMENT Les panneaux antibasculement principaux pour les installations avec ouverture vers le plafond sont fixés à 84 po (213,36 cm) du plancher (côté arrière). INSTALLATION ! INSTALLATION DU SÉPARATEUR D’AIR EN MOUSSE Aligner la base du séparateur d’air en mousse avec la base du logement de l’appareil POUR : 1 1. Enlever le protecteur en papier du séparateur d’air en mousse pour mettre à nu la pellicule collante. 2. Coller le séparateur d’air en mousse au compartiment de l’appareil où le séparateur d’air en métal était installé en appliquant une pression uniforme.
INSTALLATION INSTALLATION DU PANNEAU DE GRILLE POUR : 2 1. Positionner le panneau de grille entre les supports de grille situés de chaque côté de l’armoire. 2. Accrocher le haut de la grille sur les rivetsgoupilles. Faire tourner vers le bas et pousser le bas du panneau de la grille dans l’appareil jusqu’à ce que le panneau de la grille s’emboîte.
INSTALLATION RETIRER LA PELLICULE DES PANNEAUX POUR : 1. 1 38 | INSTALLATION Retirer la pellicule couvrant les panneaux de portes/tiroirs. REMARQUE : Manipuler les panneaux avec attention une fois le film enlevé pour éviter de les endommager ou de les rayer.
INSTALLATION ! INSTALLATION DU PANNEAU DE CONGÉLATEUR POUR LES MODÈLES CÔTE À CÔTE – PASSER CETTE ÉTAPE POUR : 1 Desserrer légèrement les vis de support du panneau du congélateur. REMARQUE : S’assurer que les portes du réfrigérateur sont bien fermées. 2. Glisser le panneau sur le tiroir. Serrer les quatre vis de chaque côté pour fixer le support au panneau du tiroir. 3. À l’aide des vis plates à tête cruciforme, fixer les supports du panneau au tiroir. 4.
INSTALLATION POUR : INSTALLATION DES PANNEAUX DE PORTE AVERTISSEMENT 1 Risque de basculement Le réfrigérateur est lourd au sommet et bascule facilement lorsqu'il n'est pas complètement installé. Installer le panneau antibasculement secondaire pour assurer la stabilité du produit. Utiliser deux ou plus de personnes pour déplacer et installer le réfrigérateur. Boulon d’ajustement de l’aplomb (arrière) Pousser doucement le réfrigérateur à son emplacement dans l’armoire pour que les panneaux soient en affleurement sur tous les côtés avec les armoires adjacentes. 2.
INSTALLATION AJUSTER L’OUVERTURE DE LA PORTE POUR : 1. Si l’ouverture standard de 110° de la porte est trop large, ajuster la goupille de butée de porte pour obtenir un débattement maximal de 90° de la porte. Insérer la goupille de butée de porte dans la charnière supérieure, au trou indiqué. À l’aide d’une clé hexagonale de 5/32 po, serrer la goupille de butée de la porte.
INSTALLATION ! AJUSTER LE PANNEAU DE CONGÉLATEUR POUR LES MODÈLES CÔTE À CÔTE – PASSER CETTE ÉTAPE POUR : 1. io la at t Ins l nB k oc 1/8 po 44 | INSTALLATION 1 L’espace entre le panneau et les armoires adjacentes doit être de 1/8 po (3,2 mm). Utiliser la cale d’installation pour mesurer les espaces.
INSTALLATION AJUSTER LE PANNEAU DE RÉFRIGÉRATEUR POUR : Desserrer légèrement les vis du support de panneau pour permettre au panneau de bouger de gauche à droite. 2. Ajuster les panneaux pour obtenir un espace de 1/8 po entre les panneaux et les armoires adjacentes. Pour les modèles avec porte double et congélateur en bas, aligner les bords extérieurs du panneau du réfrigérateur avec les bords extérieurs du panneau du congélateur des deux côtés.

L’espace entre le panneau et le bas du soffite doit être de 1/8 po (3,2 mm).
INSTALLATION FIXER LES PANNEAUX POUR : 1. 1 À l’aide des vis à tête hexagonale fendue, fixer les charnières supérieure et inférieure aux panneaux de porte. Bien serrer toutes les vis du panneau de porte. REMARQUE : Ne pas trop serrer les vis pour ne pas endommager le panneau. 2. Pièces à utiliser : A Vis à tête hexagonale fendue (au besoin) B 2 C C A. INSTALLATION FIXER LES PANNEAUX (SUITE) 3. Utiliser les vis à tête cruciforme pour fixer le panneau à la porte, sur le côté charnières. 4. À l’aide des vis à tête hexagonale fendue, fixer le support de montage, situé en bas des portes, aux panneaux.
INSTALLATION TERMINER L’INSTALLATION POUR : 1. 2. 3. 1 Replacer les couvre-charnières. Emboîter les caches des tiges d’ajustement. Au moyen des vis à tête cruciforme, fixer les garnitures côté poignées (fournies avec le réfrigérateur) aux portes.
