buildupinthe homeorto takeadvantageof reduced

energycostsif availableinyourarea.Thisoptionis

alsousefulfor conservinghotwaterat timesof high

householdusage(showers,laundry).

Toset up a Demay:

1. Select the appropriate cycle and options for the

load. Close the door.

2,Press the [}clay pad or button until the desired

amount of delay time is selected.

3. The [_elay indicator and the count down display

(select models) will flash until the START!Cancel

pad or START button is pressed.

4. As soon as the START/CanceI pad or START

button is pressed, the flashing will stop and the

delay time will begin counting down. The [}emay

indicator will remain lit until the delay time has

counted down.

5. The cycle will automatically start as soon as the

delay time expires.

To cancel a Delay:

When the delay is counting down, press the [_elay

pad or button again. The indicator light will go out and

the cycle will start or resume immediately.

To cancel a l}eiay and the cycle:

(AII touchpad control models}

Press START!CanceI once to drain and turn off the

dishwasher.

Press START/CanceI twice to turn dishwasher off

without draining.

To cancem a Delay and the cycle:

(Cycle selector knob models}

. Turn the cycle knob to [}rain/OFF. The dishwasher

will drain, then turn off.

. Turn the cycle knob to Drain/OFF, press the START

button once. The dishwasher will turn off without

draining.

If 30 seconds elapse between setting the cycle

and options and pressing the START/Cancel pad

or START button, the dishwasher will turn off.
