Fully Integrated Grille Installation
Requirements
The refrigerator can be installed fully integrated if the adjacent
cabinetry meets the airflow venting requirements critical to
refrigerator performance. A Fully Integrated Grille installation has
no visible air gap because the grille extends upward to the soffit or
upper cabinet.
IMPORTANT:
A Fully Integrated Grille installation requires a minimum of 6"
(15.24 cm) of open space above the refrigerator. This space
must not be blocked in any way, including by soffits.
A Fully Integrated Grille installation can be achieved with
either a 24" (60.9 cm) or 25" (63.5 cm) deep opening.
A full height grille is used to achieve a Fully Integrated Grille
installation. Use the integrated grille bracket (provided with
refrigerator) to attach the full height grille.
NOTE: A top grille vent is not required with a full height grille.
