BASIC OPERATION
Turning the Unit On or O
Press the (Power On/O ) button, or press and hold any button to turn the unit
on. The message “JENSEN” appears on the display panel, indicating the unit is
ready for use.
When the unit is on, press the
(Power On/O) button to turn the unit o.
Selecting an Audio Source
Press the SRC button on the faceplate or the MOD button on the remote control
to select radio, auxiliary device or disc play.
Note: USB or SD mode can only be selected when an USB ash memory or SD card
is inserted into the USB port or SD port, respectively.
Volume
Rotate the volume knob on the faceplate or press the VOL + or VOL - button on
the remote control to adjust the volume level. The larger the number, the higher
the volume level.
Mute Control
Press the MUTE button briey to mute the sound instantly. “MUTE” appears on the
display panel. Press it again to restore the sound. Adjusting the volume knob also
cancels the mute function.
System Settings
When using the mobile audio system for the rst time, it is recommended that
you customize the system settings to suit your preferences.
Programmable Volume Turn On
This setting allows a user to select a turn-on volume setting regardless of the
volume setting prior to turning the unit o.
1. Press the volume knob or press the SEL button on the remote control
repeatedly until “VOL” appears on the display panel.
2. Rotate the volume knob to set the volume.
