damaged should be properly repaired or replaced. 13. Make all machine adjustments or maintenance with machine unplugged from power source. 1.0 IMPORTANT SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS 14. Use the right tool. Do not force a tool or attachment to do a job that it was not designed to do. 15. Make certain the switch is in the OFF position before connecting the machine to the power supply. WARNING – To reduce risk of injury: 1. 2. Read and understand the entire owner’s manual before attempting assembly or operation.
1. Don't use in dangerous environment. Don't use power tools in damp or wet locations, or expose them to rain. 35. Use proper extension cord. Make sure your extension cord is in good condition. When using an extension cord, be sure to use one heavy enough to carry the current your product will draw. An undersized cord will cause a drop in line voltage resulting in loss of power and overheating. Table 1 (sect. 6.2) shows correct size to use depending on cord length and nameplate ampere rating.

Failure to comply may cause serious injury. 5.0 Setup and assembly Exposed metal surfaces have been given a protective coating.
6.0 Electrical connections Improper connection of the equipment-grounding conductor can result in a risk of electric shock. Check with a qualified electrician or service person if you are in doubt as to whether the outlet is properly grounded. Electrical connections must be made by a qualified electrician in compliance with all relevant codes. This machine must be properly grounded to help prevent electrical shock and possible fatal injury.
7.0 Adjustments 7.1 Guide rollers The two guide rollers at the sides prevent workpiece from twisting as it moves through the bending rolls. Adjust these as needed, top and bottom, by turning the bolts with a wrench. See Figure 7-1. Note: To achieve a circular profile, guide rollers must be parallel to machine surface. Otherwise a spiral profile will occur. Figure 8-1: control panel 8.2 Operating procedure 1. Install rolls to match desired procedure. 2.
4. Lower middle roll again (Figure 8-4). Figure 8-4: lower middle roll 5. Send material through again (Figure 8-5). 6. Continue this process until bending dimension has been achieved. Do not overstress the machine; take multiple passes as needed. Figure 9-1: lubrication points Ambient SHELL MOBIL temp.
