DEUTSCH GRUNDFUNKTIONEN Gerät ein- und ausschalten • Achten Sie darauf, dass die Netzspannung mit den Angaben auf dem Typenschild des Gerätes übereinstimmt. Verbinden Sie den Netzstecker (25) in eine geeignete Steckdose. • Die Uhranzeige 12:00 blinkt im Display, solange die Uhrzeit nicht eingestellt wird. • Drücken Sie die Taste ON/OFF (17) am Gerät, um es einzuschalten. • Schalten Sie das Gerät nach dem Betrieb mit der Taste ON/OFF wieder aus.
DEUTSCH GRUNDFUNKTIONEN Lautstärke • • • • Stellen Sie die gewünschte Lautstärke durch Drehen des Lautstärkereglers (23) am Gerät ein. Um die Lautstärke zu verringern, drehen Sie den Lautstärkeregler in Richtung MIN.. Um die Lautstärke zu erhöhen, drehen Sie den Lautstärkeregler in Richtung MAX.. Warnung: Extreme Lautstärke führt durch zu hohen Schalldruck zu dauerhaften Hörschäden. Externes Gerät anschließen • Über den AUX IN-Anschluss (20) lässt sich ein externes Abspielgerät (z.B.
DEUTSCH UHRFUNKTIONEN Radiobetrieb • Schieben Sie den Schalter FUNCTION (22) am Gerät auf AM oder FM. Wenn der Funktionsschalter auf AM steht, ist das Gerät im MW-Radiobetrieb. Wenn der Funktionsschalter auf FM steht, ist das Gerät im UKWRadiobetrieb. • Stellen Sie mit dem Regler TUNING (27) den gewünschten Radiosender ein. • Die LED-Anzeige FMST. (C) leuchtet wenn ein UKW-Stereo-Sender empfangen wird. Nur UKW-Sender werden in Stereo ausgestrahlt.
DEUTSCH UHRFUNKTIONEN • Wenn sich das Gerät per Weckfunktion einschaltet, so blinkt die jweilige LED-Anzeige AL.1 oder AL.2 im Display. Um den Alarm auszuschalten, drücken Sie auf die jeweilige Taste ALARM1 oder ALARM2 oder drücken Sie auf die Taste ON/OFF (17). • Löschen Sie die Weckzeit, indem Sie einmal auf die Taste ALARM1 oder ALARM2 drücken. Die LEDAnzeige AL.1 oder AL.2 erlischt. Wenn die LED-Anzeigen AL.1 oder AL.2 leuchten, ist die Alarmfunktion aktiv.
DEUTSCH CD-SPIELER Disk Formate • Dieses Gerät unterstützt die CD-Formate Audio-CD, beschreibbare CD-R und CD-RW. Andere Disks oder Computer CDs können durch das Gerät nicht gelesen werden. Legen Sie keine solchen Formate ein. • Legen Sie keine unbeschriebene CD-R/RW Disk in das Gerät ein. • Die Abspielqualität und -leistung sind nicht garantiert, wenn nicht-standardisierte Formatdefinitionen/ Produktion von CD-R/RW Disks verwendet werden. Dies ist kein Mangel dieses Gerätes.
DEUTSCH CD-SPIELER Audio-CD abspielen • Schalten Sie das Gerät in den CD Wiedergabemodus und legen Sie, wie zuvor beschrieben, eine Audio-CD ein. • Im Display (7) wird die Gesamttitelnummer der CD für 2 Sekunden angezeigt. Die Anzeige wechselt und zeigt die Uhrzeit an. Drücken Sie die Taste DISPLAY (5), um wieder die Gesamttitelnummer für 2 Sekunden anzuzeigen. • Wenn die CD abgespielt wird, können Sie mit der Taste DISPLAY die Nummer des gespielten Titels anzeigen (ca. 2 Sekunden).
DEUTSCH CD-SPIELER • Wählen Sie mit den Tasten /MINUTE (12) und /HOUR (11) einen Titel der CD aus. Speichern Sie Ihre Auswahl mit der Taste PROGRAM ab. Der zweite Speicherplatz (P.02) wird geöffnet und kann wie zuvor wiederum belegt werden. • Gehen Sie wie oben beschrieben vor, um weitere Titel zu programmieren. • Drücken Sie die Taste (10), um das Programm abzuspielen. Im Display leuchtet die LED-Anzeige PROGRAM (G). • Nachdem alle programmierten Titel abgespielt wurden, stoppt das Gerät automatisch.
DEUTSCH REINIGUNG UND PFLEGE Compact Disc • Wischen Sie Fingerabdrücke und Staub sorgfältig mit einem weichen Tuch ab. Wischen Sie vom Zentrum zum Rand (nicht kreisförmig). • Reinigen Sie die Disc in regelmäßigen Abständen mit einem weichen, fusselfreien, trockenen Tuch. Verwenden Sie auf keinen Fall Lösungs- oder Scheuermittel. • Schreiben Sie nicht auf CDs. Bringen Sie auch keine Aufkleber darauf an. • Schützen Sie CDs vor Staub und Kratzern.
DEUTSCH PROBLEMLÖSUNG Wenn ein Fehler auftritt, überprüfen Sie zuerst unten stehende Tabelle, bevor Sie sich an Ihren Händler wenden oder das Gerät einschicken. Die Adresse und Hotlinenummer finden Sie auf der Garantiekarte. Öffnen Sie das Gerät nicht und versuchen Sie nicht, es selbst zu reparieren. ENGLISH PREPARATION Delivery contents • 1 x CD alarm clock radio • 2 x user manuals Unpacking and checking • Carefully take the device and its accessories out of the packaging. Retain the packaging in case you would like to store the device away or transport it at a later date. If you choose to dispose of the packaging, then please do so according to the applicable legal regulations. • Check the packaging contents for completeness and damages.
ENGLISH BASIC FUNCTIONS Switching the device on and off • Make sure that the mains voltage corresponds to the information on the label of the device. Connect the power plug (25) to a suitable power outlet. • The time display 12:00 will blink, if the time is not set. • Press the ON/OFF button (17) on the device to switch it on. • Turn the device off again by means of the ON/OFF button, when you have finished using it.
ENGLISH BASIC FUNCTIONS Volume • • • • Set the desired volume by turning the volume control (23) on the device. To reduce the volume, turn the control in the direction of MIN.. To increase the volume, turn the control in the direction of MAX.. Warning: Extremely high volume can lead to permanent hearing damage due to excessive sound pressure. Connecting an external device • Using the AUX IN socket (20), an external music player (e.g.
ENGLISH CLOCK FUNCTIONS Operating the radio • Slide the FUNCTION switch (22) on the device to AM or FM. If the function switch is in the AM position, the device is operating in the AM radio range. If the function switch is in the FM position, the device is operating in the FM radio range. • Select the desired radio station by means of the TUNING control (27). • The LED indicator FMST. (C) will come on, if you are receiving a FM stereo station. Only FM stations are broadcast in stereo.
ENGLISH CLOCK FUNCTIONS • If the device is switched on by the wake up function, the particular LED indicator AL.1 or AL.2 will blink in the display. To switch off the alarm, press on the relevant ALARM1 or ALARM2 button or press on the ON/ OFF button (17). • Delete the wake up time by pressing once on the ALARM1 or ALARM2 button. The LED indicator AL.1 or AL.2 will go out. The alarm function is active, if the LED indicators AL.1 or AL.2 come on. The device will switch on every day at the saved time.
ENGLISH CD-PLAYER Disc Formats • This device supports the following CD formats: audio CDs, writable CD-Rs and CD-RWs. Other discs or computer CDs cannot be read by the device. Do not insert any of those formats into the device. • Do not insert any blank CD-R/CD-RWs into the device. • The playback quality and power are not guaranteed, if non-standard format definitions/productions of CD-R/ RW discs are used. This does not constitute a defect of this device.
ENGLISH CD-PLAYER Audio-CD abspielen • Switch the device into playback mode and insert an audio CD as as previously described. • In the display (7), the total number of tracks on the CD will be shown for 2 seconds. The display will change to indicate the time. Press the DISPLAY button (5) to display the total number of tracks again for 2 seconds. • If the CD is being played, you can use the DISPLAY button to show the current played track number (approx. 2 seconds).
ENGLISH CD-PLAYER • Using the the /MINUTE (12) and /HOUR (11) buttons, select a track from the CD. Save your selection with the PROGRAM button. The second storage space (P.02), will be opened and can be set as previously described. • Continue to program further tracks as described above. • Press the button (10) to play the programme. The LED indicator PROGRAM (G) will come on. • After all programmed tracks have finished playback, the CD player will stop automatically.
ENGLISH CLEANING AND CARE Compact Disc • • • • • Wipe off fingerprints and dust thoroughly with a soft cloth. Wipe from the center to the edge (not circular). Clean the disc periodically with a soft, lint-free cloth. Do not use solvents or abrasives. Do not write on CDs. Do not put any stickers on it. Protect your CDs against dust and scratches. Always keep it, therefore, in its case when not in use.
