The outside of the device into which the module is installed must also display a label referring to
the inside module. This exterior label can use wording such as the following: “Contains
Transmitter Module FCC ID: XYZMODEL1” or “Contains FCC ID: XYZMODEL1.”
“XYZMODEL1” is the FCC ID number of this module .Any similar wording that expresses the
same meaning may be used.
The end products with this USB module mounted are subject to either DOC authorization or Part
15B certification.
 If DOC, the end product shall be tested at an FCC recognized accredited laboratory
under the DOC procedures. In addition to the FCC ID of the module, the end
product label shall also bear FCC DOC logo.
 If the end product is not to be tested at an FCC accredited laboratory, then an FCC
certification application of the end product shall be submitted.
NOTE: THE MANUFACTURER IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY RADIO OR TV
INTERFERENCE CAUSED BY UNAUTHORIZED MODIFICATIONS TO THIS
EQUIPMENT. SUCH MODIFICATIONS COULD VOID THE USER’S
AUTHORITY TO OPERATE THE EQUIPMENT.
