a. Printer (except for the print head): 1-year warranty.
b. Print head: four months or 10 km in cumulative print length, whichever earlier.
Attention: The print head may impact the consumables in normal usage, which may cause a
friction with consumables and corresponding normal loss.The quality of consumables and
service environment directly affect the service life of the print head and even damage the print
head.Regular cleaning and maintenance are needed for the print head (refer to the user guide
on the printer).Improper maintenance may also give rise to physical damage to the print head,
which of any kind (including but not limited to scratch, crack, fracture, discoloration, etc.) is
not covered in the range of warranty.
III. Cases Excluded in the Range of Warranty:
3.1 No warranty card or the warranty card with any alteration.
3.2 Fault or damage attributable to neglect or misoperation.
3.3 Damage caused by water or foreign matter in the printer.
3.4 Damage of the print head caused by use of poor consumables.
3.5 Damage caused by inappropriateness in the service environment (including but not limited to power,
temperature, humidity, etc.).
3.6 Damage caused by force majeure or accidents (including but not limited to earthquake, fire, flood, etc.).
3.7 Printer used for any purpose not set forth in the range of usage.
3.8 Mechanical damage attributable to maintenance done by non-certified engineers.
3.9 Wear within normal range.
