SECTION 4 - MACHINE OPERATION

Tie Down
WHEN TRANSPORTING THE MACHINE, THE BOOM MUST BE FULLY LOWERED INTO
THE BOOM REST.
1. Place the boom in the stowed position with the turntable
locked.
2. Remove all loose items from the machine.
3. Secure the chassis and the platform using straps or chains of
adequate strength and attached to the designated tie down
points.
4.14 STOWING THE JIB FOR TRANSPORT
1. Place the boom in the stowed position with the axles
retracted.
2. Hold the Jib Swing control switch to the right until the plat-
form will no longer swing.
NOTE: Automatic platform leveling is disabled when stowing the jib.
3. Push and hold the platform rotate switch until the jib and
platform are in the stowed position under the boom.
