SECTION 3 - CHASSIS & TURNTABLE
3121139 – JLG Lift – 3-83
Reverse rotation align any star valley with marked tooth
(see figure below).
1. Rotate gerotor to line up with bolt holes. Be careful
not to disengage star from drive or disturb gerotor
seal.
2. Install drive spacer if applicable.
3. Install 73 mm (2.875 in.) seal in end cap. Carefully
place end cap on gerotor.
4. Install cap screws and seal washers (if applicable) in
end cap. Pre-tighten screws to 7.4 Nm (40 in/lbs).
Make sure seal washers are properly seated. Then
torque screws to 27 - 28 Nm (235 - 250 in/lbs) in
sequence, as shown above.
