4. Start up the system.
5. If the error does not clear or if the error continues to occur, document the error message
and contact JJSV for technical service.
119 Fluidics pinch valve error.
Probable cause: Valve or drive circuit failure.
Corrective action:
1. Select End Case.
2. Select Shutdown.
3. Select Yes and wait for the system to power off.
4. Start up the system.
5. If the error does not clear or if the error continues to occur, document the error message
and contact JJSV for technical service.
124 Fluidics rotary vane fault.
Probable cause: Pump or drive circuit failure.
Corrective action:
1. Prime the system again.
2. If the error does not clear or if the error continues to occur, document the error message
and contact JJSV for technical service.
125 Fluidics pack valve error.
Probable cause: Valve or drive circuit failure.
Corrective action:
1. Select End Case.
2. Select Shutdown.
3. Select Yes and wait for the system to power off.
4. Start up the system.
5. Eject the Fluidics Tubing pack.
6. Insert the Fluidics Tubing pack.
7. Insert a new Fluidics Tubing pack.
8. If the error does not clear or if the error continues to occur, document the error message
and contact JJSV for technical service.
126 Fluidics motor vent error.
Probable cause: Vacuum chamber is blocked.
Corrective action:
1. Select End Case.
