VERITAS Heel Insert (Optional)
The VERITAS Heel Insert (Figure 3-14) is an optional accessory for use with the VERITAS Foot
Pedal. The VERITAS Heel Insert shifts the foot forward on the treadle, which may be more
comfortable for some users. The VERITAS Heel Insert attaches to the VERITAS Foot Pedal by
magnetic attraction. When not in use, the VERITAS Heel Insert can be stored in the storage
compartment in the rear of the console.

CAUTION!
Do not attempt to carry the foot pedal by the heel when the heel insert is attached.
The heel insert could become loose causing the foot pedal to drop.
