Problem Possible cause Solution

The Air Purifier

unit is not running

The Air Purifier

unit is not

removing smoke

and odors

1. The Power button has

not been turned to ON.

2. The unit is not plugged

in, or it is plugged

into an outlet

without power.

1. The Filter Elements

may be installed in the

wrong order. The Filter

Elements may need to

be replaced.

2. The air inlet on the

unit is blocked by

an object.

1. Plug in the unit.

2. Press the Power

button.

3. Confirm that the

outlet has power to it.

1. Remove the Filter

Frame and confirm

the Filter Elements

are installed in the

correct order.

2. Replace the Filter

Elements.

3. Remove any objects

close to the air inlet.
