Limited Lifetime Warranty:
Your Jones Stephens faucet has been designed and manufactured to high quality
standards and therefore we warranty it against defects in material or workmanship for as
long as it is owned by the original purchaser. Jones Stephens will provide repair parts or
replace any faucet which proves defective due to materials or workmanship. Please have
a copy of your purchase receipt along with the model number. Contact us at Jones

This Warranty Will Be Void Due To:
(a) Defects or malfunctions caused by failure to properly install, operate or maintain the
unit in accordance with these printed instructions;
(b) Failures resulting from abuse, accident, or negligence;
(c) Units which are not installed in accordance with ordinances and good trade practices;
(d) If unit is used for purposes other than for what it was designed and manufactured;
(e) Finish or plating is damaged due to incorrect cleaning with abrasive cleansers;
(f) Contaminants in the water such as chemicals or sediment.
Products Improvements:
Jones Stephens reserves the right to make periodic impovements and updates to its
products or to components of its products without being obliged to replace or update
products made and shipped prior to the changes.
Warranty Exclusions:
THERE WILL BE NO WARRANTIES INCLUDING ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF
MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR ANY PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above
limitation may not apply to you. No warranties or representations at any time made by
any representative of Jones Stephens shall vary or expand the provision hereof.
Liability Limitation:
IN NO EVENT SHALL JONES STEPHENS BE LIABLE OR RESPONSIBLE FOR CONSE-
QUENTIAL, INCIDENTAL OR SPECIAL DAMAGES RESULTING FROM OR RELATED IN
ANY MANNER TO ANY JONES STEPHENS PRODUCT OR PARTS THEREOF.
Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential
damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you. This Warranty gives
you specific legal rights and you may also have other rights which vary from state to
state.
All Jones Stephens faucets are tested before they leave the factory. As a result, we are
not responsible for damages as a result of improper installation.
