USEFUL TIPS

3M Abrasive Sanding Discs:
- Use to shape & sand down sharp corners
- Use with the snap on Quick-Change Mandrel
- Snap on the abrasive disc & twist to lock tight
3M Scotch-Brite EXL Wheels (Grey):
- Use prior to polishing with the felt bobs
- Unscrew tip of mandrel,mount then screw back
- Use to smooth rough surfaces & sharp edges
3M Bristle Brushes:
- DO NOT use any compound with these brushes
- Use to Polish into hard-to-reach areas & grooves
- BLUE: Sand & Smooth, GREEN:
for High Polish.
- Use Medium pressure
Mini Felt Polishing Bobs:
- Use after Scotch-Brite EXL (Grey) wheel
- Use with Jooltool Mini White Compound Bar
- Medium to Hard pressure for a High Polish
- Keep all felt bobs away from water or moisture
Deluxe Mini Bung Wheel (Cotton):
- Get Final High Polish with Jooltool Compound
- Use Medium to Hard pressure for a High Polish
Wire-Cutting Discs (Brown):
- Mount on Mandrel and Use High Speed to Cut
DRILLING BITS (1 mm diameter):
- Chuck them into the Type 30 Handpiece and drill through pearls or stones for all your beading projects. Perfect for use with Anie’s PEARL VISE.
TURN KNOB TO ADJUST THE JAW
Clockwise to close
Counter-clockwise to open
Locate the guide hole at
opposite side of the knob.
DRILL THROUGH YOUR PIECE.
Use a 1mm bit for pearls.
Drill stones with appropriate
DIAMOND bits or burrs
DRILL THROUGH
YOUR PIECE. Use
a 1mm bit for
pearls.
Close the vise for small pearls or stones
Open the vise for larger pearls or stones

ALWAYS KEEP FINGERS AND BODY PARTS AWAY FROM DRILLING DIRECTION!
ANIE’S TIP:
After making a Pilot
Hole (initial small hole),
you can rotate your
piece, then drill larger
holes using the open
sides of the PEARL VISE.
