ENGLISH Air supply The outside air connection may be fitted directly to the Jøtul F 360 Series through: • The base/pedestal/leg or • through a flexible supply hose from the outside/chimney (only if the chimney has its own duct for external air) and to the product’s outside air connector. Contact your local building authorities regarding restrictions and installation requirements. N.B. Check that the fireplace is free of any damage prior to commencing installation. See assembly instructions which accompany the rotating set. 1. Assemble the pedestal to the hearth’s bottom plate with the aid of the 4 screws earlier removed (see section 3.1 - 8) (fig. 4A). 2.

ENGLISH 4.3 Chimneys and flue pipes Assembly of flue pipe with rear outlet • The product is supplied from the factory with the smoke outlet mounted for top outlet. If you want a rear outlet, do the following: 1. Place the product in correct position (fig. 1). The fireplace can be connected to a chimney and flue pipe approved for solid fuel fired appliances with flue gas temperatures specified in «2.0 Technical data”. • The chimney’s cross-section must be at least as big as the flue pipe’s cross-section.

ENGLISH Fig. 25 4. Place the gasket on the end of the flue pipe (fig. 25 A). 5. Mount the smoke outlet (fig. 25 B) on the end of the flue pipe that is fitted with the gasket. 6. Mount the flue pipe and smoke outlet from the inside of the burn chamber and attach the smoke outlet using M8x30 mm screws. N.B. If the flue pipe is longer than 350 mm it has to be assembled into the smoke outlet from the outside of the product. 7. Fasten the cover to the top outlet (fig.

ENGLISH Fig. 28 4.5 Control of functions When the product is set up, always check the control functions. These shall move easily and function satisfactorily. ENGLISH • • • • • • • Gradually increase the size of the fire, but the wood should not be stacked higher than the horizontal holes on the back burn plate. See fig. 29 H. Finally, place a medium-sized log on the top of the pile. Place 2 or 3 briquettes or kindling sticks under the top layer of kindling and light the fire. NB: The maximum height of the pile of the wood should be just below the horizontal holes. The holes must not be covered. Close the ignition vent (fig.

ENGLISH 6.0 Maintenance 7.0 Service 6.1 Cleaning the glass Warning! Any unauthorised change to the product is illegal. Only use original spare parts. The product is equipped with an air wash for the glass. Air is sucked in through the air vent on the top of the product and down along the inside of the glass. However, some soot will always stick to the glass, but the quantity will depend on the local draught conditions and adjustment of the air vent.

Distance minimum au mur pour les Jøtul F 365 et F 366 avec une arrivée d’air de combustion par le mur : 4.0 Installation Avant de commencer l’installation, s’assurer que le poêle n’a pas été endommagé au cours du transport. FRANCAIS Jøtul F 363 - Le piédestal Jøtul F 364 - pied en fonte Important ! Le mécanisme de rotation doit être assemblé avant la fixation du piédestal au poêle. Voir les consignes de montage jointes au mécanisme de rotation. 1. Assemblez le piédestal au poêle avec les quatre vis (M8x30mm) préalablement retirées (fig.4A). 2. Pour obtenir un apport en air extérieur par l’entrée d’air extérieure, fixez le conduit flexible de 100 mm de diamètre à l’entrée d’air de l’appareil (fig. 4C). 3.

Assurez-vous qu’il y a interstice régulier entre les vitres latérales et la plaque latérale devant et derrière. Serrez la vis frontale de la vitre latérale (Fig. 18 B). Desserrez la vis arrière (Fig.

Placez le joint à l’extrémité du premier tuyau ou de l´adaptateur. 6. Mettre le tuyau dans la buse ou l´adaptateur. N.B. : Si la longueur du tuyau est supérieure à 350 mm, il doit être installé à l’intérieur de la buse de fumées depuis l’extérieur. N.B. : les joints doivent être parfaitement étanches. Toute fuite d’air peut entraîner des dysfonctionnements. 4.

FRANCAIS 4.5 Contrôle des fonctions Une fois le poêle installé, toujours vérifier les commandes. Elles doivent pouvoir être actionnées facilement et fonctionner correctement. Le poêle Jøtul F 360 est équipé des commandes suivantes : • • Fig. 29 • • • dépose sur le verre, veillez à ce que les bûches ne touchent pas le verre lorsqu’elles sont placées dans l’appareil.

FRANCAIS 4.8 Retrait des cendres Consommation de bois Le poêle Jøtul F 360 est équipé d’un cendrier qui facilite l’élimination des cendres. 1. Enlevez les cendres uniquement lorsque le poêle est froid. 2. Nous vous recommandons de toujours laisser deux à trois centimètres de cendres au fond de votre appareil. 3. La cendre va protéger le fond, conserver les braises et favoriser le redémarrage du feu au rechargement en bois après quelques heures de feu ralenti. 4.

FRANCAIS 6.3 Ramonage des conduits d’évacuation vers la cheminée 7.0 Maintenance Sur certains foyers autonomes, il est possible de soulever le couvercle et de ramoner le conduit par le haut. Danger : toute modification non autorisée du produit est interdite et annule la garantie. Utiliser uniquement les pièces détachées d’origine. Sinon, le ramonage des conduits doit s’effectuer à partir de la trappe de ramonage ou depuis l’intérieur du produit, auquel le déflecteur doit être retiré. .

ESPAÑOL Requisitos para la protección de tarimas de madera bajo la estufa 4.0 Instalación La Jøtul F 360 Series (excepto Jøtul F 364) dispone de una pantalla térmica en la parte inferior que protege el suelo de la radiación. El producto (exepto Jøtul F 364 y Jøtul F 369) integra una protección del piso y, por lo tanto, puede colocarse directamente sobre un suelo de madera. Nota: antes de comenzar la instalación, compruebe que la estufa no presenta daños.

La distancia entre la puerta y la base debe ser uniforme para que la puerta cuelgue recta. Jøtul F 369 – con tres patas Nota: si el tubo flexible se va a conectar a través de un orificio practicado en el suelo, no es necesario quitar las chapas de cierre desmontables. ESPAÑOL Fije los dos extremos del soporte acodado (Fig. 22 C) con un tornillo (Fig. 22 F) y una tuerca. 7. Solicite ayuda, proteja el suelo de marcas y arañazos, y levante la estufa con cuidado. 8. Nivele el producto con los 4 tornillos de ajuste (Fig. 22 G). 9. Si las patas no están bien alineadas, afloje los tornillos (Fig. 22 F) de ambos extremos.
