. USAGE This voltmeter can measure DC voltages from 3 V to 30 V without requiring an additional power supply for the meter. To measure a voltage, connect the positive end of the voltage you want to measure to the positive terminal of the voltmeter (red wire) and the negative end of the voltage source to the negative terminal of the voltmeter (black wire).
