Tools needed for assembly: Rubber Mallet Wood Glue Phillips Screwdriver Step #1: Check and count the items in the box before your installation. If you are short any pieces, stop and call the supplier. Otherwise, follow the steps below. Step #2: Put the face frame (A) face down on a flat soft working surface. Apply wood glue on every groove. A Step #3: Slide the side panels (B) into the grooves of face frame (A) and align them on the top.
Step #5: Install the bottom panel: Apply wood glue into the grooves of the side panels (B). Gently spread side panels and insert bottom panel (C) into the grooves of side panels until it touches the face frame (A). C Step #6: Place the back panel (D) on a flat surface face up. Install the drawer rail holders (K) in the pre-spotted area on the back panel.
Step #8: Install the toe kick: Using four ½” round head screws (R) secure the two plastic toe kick brackets (J) flush to the side panels. Position the toe kick (E) in the center and secure it with four additional ½” round head screws (R). R J E Step #9: Install the corner brackets: To install the corner support bracket (H), carefully stand up the cabinet. Using eight of ½” pan head screws (O), secure the corner bracket in each corner.
Step #12: Place drawer box front on a soft surface. Gently, put wood glue in each one of the dovetails. Line up the dovetails and pressed them to lock. Insert the drawer box bottom into the groove between the sides. Insert the drawer box back and press the sides to lock. Using rubber mallet, gently tap the sides to get smooth dovetail joint. Use four of 1” screws (Q) on pre-drilled holes to secure the dovetail joint in place.
