9 Tuning (optimization)

Start of autotuning during operation

Starting auto-

tuning

h Start with

I and D (simultaneously >2sec

“tUnE” is shown, blinking, in the lower display

Autotuning is ended when the display automatically

changes over to normal display.

The duration of autotuning depends on the control

process.

Canceling auto-

tuning

h Cancel with I and D (simultaneously)

The controller output types have to be defined for autotuning.

For a program controller, autotuning can only be started

in the normal display.
