3. With a Phillips screwdriver, loosen the captive screws that secure the blank filler
panel coverin
g the empty chassis slot, if present, and remove the filler panel.
4. Remove the SRP mod ule from its antistatic bag, being careful n ot to touch
module compon
ents, pins, leads, or solder connections.
5. Verify that the ejectors are in the open p osition, as shown in Figure 20.

6. Slide the module into the chassis by placin g it between the guid es of the
selec
ted slot and pu shing the modu le until it stops.
The m odule stops slidin g when the ejectors ma ke con tact wi th the front
of th e
chassis.
CAUTION: If you meet strong resistance when attempting to seat the module using
the ejectors, remove it from the chassis and confirm t hat the slot is designed to hold
the mo
dule. Then verify, if applicable, that the module matches its correspond in g
