You can view the Lightweight Collector (LWC) connecon status on the following portals:
• Juniper Support Portal
• The LWC capve portal. The capve portal provides a more detailed view, and has opons that let you change the
LWC conguraon sengs and perform troubleshoong.

Here's how to view the LWC connecon status on Juniper Support Portal:
1. On Juniper Support Portal, click Insights > Collector.
2. Check the summary table to see the Connecon Status of the LWC. The status should be shown as Connected.
If the status is shown as Disconnected, check if the LWC is installed and the two ports are cabled correctly. Ensure
that the LWC fullls the Internal and External Network Requirements as specied in the LWC Plaorm Hardware
Guide. In parcular, ensure that the LWC meets the Outbound Connecvity Requirements.
