Not Covered Hardware Replacement Parts

Juniper Networks maintenance and support services offerings for its hardware systems do not
provide for repair or replacement of certain parts installed in or sold for use with Juniper Networks
systems. Generally, cables, power cords and rack mounting kits and like supplies and accessories
are excluded. Some pluggable optics are also excluded.
This file provides a non-exclusive list of parts not eligible for repair or replacement. The items fall
into either of two categories:
1. Parts installed in or purchasable for use with currently purchasable Juniper Networks systems.
2. Parts that were installed in or purchasable for use with Juniper Networks systems that have
reached last sale date after EOL notification.
