Your new appliance
In this section, you will find information about the appliance and
the operating modes.
Control panel
Press the retractable control knob to pop it in or out.

Operating mode Application

Hot air for baking and roasting on one or two levels

Hot air eco* For energy-efficient baking and roasting on one level, without the need to preheat.

Top/bottom heating For baking and roasting on one level. Especially suitable for cakes with moist toppings
(e.g. cheesecake)

Pizza setting For frozen convenience products and for meals that require a lot of heat from underneath
(see section: Baking)

Bread-baking for items that need to be baked at a high temperature

Bottom heating For food and baked goods which should form a crust or require more browning on the
underside. Switch on bottom heating at the end of the baking time for a brief period only
All-round grilling For poultry and larger pieces of meat

Full-surface grill For large amounts of flat, small items for grilling (e.g. steaks, sausages)
