Problem Check Possible Solutions
Water comes out
after stopping bidet
operation.
• Water coming out between the nozzles after cleaning is for cleaning the nozzles and
is not a malfunction.
• Sometimes, water drops from around the nozzles fall into the toilet. The water drops
form the bottom of the product after cleaning the nozzles or the toilet may drop
afterwards. This is not a malfunction.
There is a dull sound
from the main body
after plugging in the
power cord.
• This is a sound of resetting the nozzle position and is not a product failure.
Buttons do not
function when
pressed.
• The seat sensor lock mode is enabled by default, and the buttons do not work unless
the seat is occupied.
The product
generates a low
humming sound.
• The heater operates to heat the water quickly when the user takes the seat,
generating some noises.
The remote
controller does not
operate.
• Check if all of the AAA batteries are put in properly.
• Check if the batteries are discharged or if there is damage on the +/- terminal.
• If the battery level is low or the battery is damaged, replace it with a new one.
• Check if the product is successfully paired with the remote controller for
communication. (See P.12.)
• Check if the main body is powered on. If the main body’s power is o, the remote
controller does not operate.
The power-saving ECO GREEN system uses the hybrid instantaneous warm water technology to set the proper
warm water temperature for the seated user and save the electricity costs.
When the ECO GREEN system is disabled, the system maintains the same temperature of the warm water tank
in the same way as the existing hot water storage type, and you can use the product with the power saving
function disabled.
