How to read this manual This manual uses illustrations to explain its operations. Seek Mode The displays and panels shown in this manual are examples used to provide clear explanations of the operations. For this reason, they may be different from the actual displays or panels used, or some display patterns may be different. Sets a station selection. When the button is pressed and held down for 1 second or more, the power is turned off. Press the button to switch the display to the navigation system screen.

Press it again for more than 1 second to resume the normal display. Press it for more than 1 second to switch to rear view. Hands Free Unit Control Various functions can be used in the Hands Free control mode. Before Use Control Screen Function • To use the Phonebook, it must be downloaded to this unit in advance. For details, see (page 52). • You need to register your cell-phone before using it with this unit. For more details, see (page 86). • If you have registered two or more cell-phones, you need to select one of them.
Hands Free Unit Control Calling by Entering a Phone Number Quick Dialing Controlling tone-based services Calling by Phonebook Make a call by entering a phone number. You can register up to 6 phone numbers for quick dialing. Uses tone base service using DTMF (Dual Tone Multi Frequency). You can call a person using his/her phone number that you have registered in the Phonebook. 1 Display the number input screen ⁄ • Phone numbers must be registered in advance. See (page 61).
